Delete Account - Kitiz

If you want to permanently delete your Kitiz account and associated data, send your request by email to contact@kitiz.app.

How to request deletion

• Email subject: Kitiz - Delete Account Request
• Include the login email used in Kitiz.
• Include your platform (iOS, Android, or Web).

What will be deleted

• Your Kitiz account and profile data.
• Your game progress and related in-app data.
• Associated account records that can be removed under applicable law.

What may be retained

Some technical, legal, security, and billing records may be retained when required by law or legitimate legal obligations.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed as soon as possible, typically within 30 days.
