Delete your Kitiz account
You can permanently delete your Kitiz account and its associated data from the app or request deletion from our support team if you can no longer access the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Kitiz.
- Open Menu, then Account.
- Select Delete my account.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
Request deletion without the app
If you uninstalled Kitiz or can no longer access the deletion option, email your request to our support team. You do not need to reinstall the app.
To help us locate the correct profile, include any information you still have:
- the sign-in method used, if any (Apple or Google);
- the platform used (iOS or Android);
- a store order or transaction number, if you made a purchase.
Never send us your password, Apple or Google verification codes, or full payment details.
What will be deleted
- Your Kitiz account and profile data.
- Your game progress and related in-app data.
- Associated records that can be removed under applicable law.
What may be retained
Limited technical, security, fraud-prevention, legal, and billing records may be retained when required by law or for another legitimate legal obligation.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed as soon as possible, typically within 30 days. We may ask for limited additional information when necessary to verify that the request concerns the correct profile.
